I want to inform you that DOSbox can now pretty much run any game from the last dos era.Well to tell you the truth if you told me that I wouldn't believe you 3 days ago.Yesterday I got a new PC,it's a Core 2 Duo 6550,2 GB RAM,a Gigabyte P35 DS3L motherboard and an Asus 7800 GTX GPU.This system is pretty good indeed and I was startled by its performance NOT only on new games(Crysis,Gears of War and stuff)but on DOSbox too!
My old PC was a P4 2.8 GHz,1.5 GB Ram,a QDI 🙁 motherboard and a 7600 GS.In Syndicate Wars at high resolution I barely got around 17 fps and now it's UNplayably fast 😜 Seriously it goes like hell!So I tried other games too.

Fade To Black now runs full speed with graphics High and resolution
Tomb Raider now plays just a little slower than full speeed in high resolutions
Dungeon Keeper IS unplayably fast 😜(seems to be with bullfrog games xD,well you can always reduce the speed)
System Shock full speed
heck its just awesome to see a project that a few years ago was just starting and now has reached an end
You only need a good processor that's what I think(most probably a dual core like AMD Athlon 64 X2 and Intel c2d)and you have yourself a DOS machine that emulates just about every dos game full speed.I want to thank the DOSbox team just about everything.Continue like this we support you we love you! 😉
