hi, i was installed dosbox 0.72 on windows vista in my laptop (sonyvaio)
when i run fullscreen dosbox it dose not act fullscreen! in fact its window show fullscreen but content stay in minimize and set center of display window 🙁
please help me how can i fix this problem?

This problem is a part of Vista, it doesn't play well with console-type applications. I read a thread like this around here somewhere, you can probably find the answer there. If not, it might be a setting in DOSBox.conf

Has very little to do with Vista. Read the readme and you'll get instructions on how to use scalers. Use directdraw as your output and set the fullresolution.

right, I forgot
anyway, the solution is to edit dosbox.conf, and it is true Vista "doesn't play well with others", especially "legacy applications"
in the very first section of the file, there's a line that says "fullresolution=[something]", changing that should make it the size you want, probably one of these:
320x240
640x480
800x600
768x1024
