I'm new to this forum. When I start the Glidos servers all I get is a Gray Screen along with a warning box at the bottom of the desktop. Also, when I click on the Glidos ID, I get the message that Glidos.exe has generated errors and needs to be closed by windows. What am I doing wrong?

Or its the software OpenGL problem. If you have the drivers for your graphics card that Windows installs then you don't have accelerated OpenGL support. You can change Glidos's config to use Direct3D or better still download drivers for your graphics card directly from the chip manufacturer's website (usually nVidia or ATI).
