No matter what I do I can't seem to run the game. I have it mounted from Daemon tools, but it wont recognize it on DOS.

Download the latest DosBox CVS from my signature.
Don't use Daemon Tools. Mount the image directly in DosBox using imgmount.
Make sure you mount your hard drive as well as the CDROM and when you do mount the hard drive be sure to use the freesize option with at least a 1gb of free space.
