Hi @ all.

When I start DosBox 0.72 i have to wait 5-10 seconds until its ready to work with it, this problem also appears when i use ALT+TAB or open the taskmanager, alltime i have to wait cause the system "freeze". Even a fresh installation of DosBox didnt help.

Imho the problem is the new ATI-Catalyst-driver, cause before installing it everthingy worked fine with my system:
- Win XP SP2
- P4 3,2 GHz
- 1024 MB RAM
- ATI Radeon X740XL
...

go back to your old driver ?

you might be able to bypass the broken functionality of the latest driver by playing with the output setting in dosbox
