Hi there,

I was so pleased by the results of Glidos with Tomb Raider 1 that I paid the unlock fee. I pasted the glidos ID into the unlock web page and pasted the unlcck keys back into the program window. This seemed to work ok because it told me to close and restart glidos before continuing. I did this, but the spinning logo remains! It tried several times including after rebooting my pc. The program ID did not change, so the keys remained valid. I even tried temporarily disabling my network card to force a new ID, and tried the new unlock keys. This did not work either! Help would be appreciated! I want to play TR!

Very strange.

Are you selecting all four lines in one go?

Do you have a file called authority.txt in c:\Program Files\Glidos?

Are you sure your ID doesn't change while you are on the internet., and then change back again?

I have glidos installed under F:\Program Files\Glidos since I have a dual boot system and windows is on a second drive. The authority.txt file is there. Is there anywhere in Glidos that expects a C: drive by default that could be causing the problem?

If I stay on the internet as I am now, the ID does not change, and I was selecting all four lines of the unlock keys.

I don't know what's causing that. Could you post your ID and the Authority file? (There are no security implications to sharing that info).

I'm lost on this one. I made a copy of Glidos hardwired with your Glidos ID, and that authority file unlocked it. I don't know what to do. I could allocate you more unlocks, but that's no use to you if you still have the same Glidos ID. I could refund your payment.

I'm going to try installing on my laptop instead of my desktop pc. However I've run out of unlock codes! could i have another so that I can give this a try?
