If I buy a new computer and install Glidos (witch had been unlocked in another PC), does it stay unlocked? Or do I have to pay for it again?

You do need to unlock again, but you don't need to pay. The service will allow you two unlock codes initially, plus another every six months. And if that isn't sufficient, you can contact me to add more.
