Just downloaded DosBox, started it, mounted c:/dosprog and have the programm there that i want to run (slicks.exe).
I was able to switch to c:, but now I don't know how to switch to c:/dosprog and run the exe. Can anyone help me?

Welcome! Read the 60 seconds guide to getting your game to run in DOSBox, or maybe try DBGL Windows Starter Edition v0.55 which contains some preconfigured games, among them Slicks 'n Slide.
Another hint: "CD" means "change directory"

If you switched to that c: inside db, you're already in c:/dosprog. 😒
