Hello all,

i have installed successfully DOSBox on mac, DOSBox.app is intalled in my /Applications folder.

Now i need to have DOSBox executable in the path, to execute it from the command prompt, how should be the correct way to set it up ? DO i have to include it in the PATH variable ? Or should i do in /usr/bin a DOSBox symblolic link to the executable ?

greetings, spectrum

A symlink sounds like a good idea. But perhaps not in /usr/bin. Why not make a ~/bin directory, put the symlink in ~/bin, and put ~/bin on your PATH ?

Or you could make an alias....

I don't know about the path thing, but the executable part of the application is stored in "DOSBox.app/Contents/MacOS/DOSBox"
