I have tried various fixes to this problem and none have helped. The problem is when i full screen dos box, whether it be by alt + enter or by setting it to do it from start up. When i try and exit i get a blank screen with Blood sound running in the background (Blood being the goddamn game that got me into this fkn infuriating mess). I can, via memory, get the computer to shut down etc so it clearly gets halfway or so to windows, but can't seem to re initiate the actual screen. I even get the mouse back but and it appears to interact to the background, eg windows shut down box etc. I really want to play this game and i could just in windowed version but i can't stand playing games in a window 🤣. Any help would be hugely appreciated i am at that stage were i am about to put my head through my monitor.
