Hi guys! (sorry if my English aren't good enough, i' m from Greece)
well ... i' m a totally newbie in Linux and my system runs Ubuntu 8.04 ("Hardy Heron") i386. I have a DOS program that I use it for my job at customs. I' ve installed DOSbox from Synaptic Package Maganer and I got the 0.72 version. As I' ve read this version doesn' t support printing. It' s very critical to me to install a CVS version that support printing because without it I can't work. BUT i dont know to install it. I visited DOSBox CVS Builts at DOSBox SVN Builds and i visited the home page of hal9000 but - sorry - i cant install it. So, can you give me some help on how to install the printing support version ?
I have another problem also > my DOS program generates a text file (.txt) to a floppy disk connected with my laptop via USB. I did manage to get this file, but when i open it with a text editor, all the Greek characters appear like this.
