It sounds good, but.... the problem with writeable memories is that they only support a very finite number of write operations before kicking the bucket.

This isn't like CF or SD it's just battery backed DDR2 RAM. Due to RAM prices - it's a pretty good option for smaller OS installs or to be used as uber fast swap space.
