I'm having some trouble with the mouse. Everything works fine but I can't right click. Left clicking works fine. I'm using a laptop track pad. I don't know if that has anything to do with it.

Are you even playing a game that supports the right click?

Yes. I found out I can right click if I hold ctrl and right click, which is fine for slow paced games, but not for action games like syndicate. It happens in every game so it's not a game specific problem.
