Viglen PCI (onboard scsi) board - won't POST

I've double-checked most of the jumpers, found here -

I know the RAM stick is in the wrong place, but I've tried a single stick and a pair of sticks in the RAM slots further away from the edge of the mainboard.

About 30 power on attempts, and on two occasions my POST test card reported a few odd error numbers. But on 98% of power on attempts, the POST test card just read ---- (blank). (I've never seen anything appear on the monitor at all.)

The board is in very good cosmetic condition. I notice the real time clock battery thing is not socketed. That's a shame.

One thing seems unusual - there's a 6 pin power socket on the board. Please see the "What's this?" sign.

Yes that's right...but that's mad! I think they mean JP12. That 'power socket thing' (J12) can't be jumpered. The pins on it look just like normal regular AT power supply pins.

I've not exhaustively studied the board and those photocopied jumper pages, but all the ones I have looked at (all the important ones) seem to match up exactly.

Edit: JP12 is the cluster of pins with red jumpers on them. You can see them if you look at the CPU, look at the top right CPU, then look at that funny round black thing (speaker?), then just above that.

The third power connector usually is there for 3.3V.

1+1=10
