I have the first "Carmageddon" installed and running on DOSBox via De Fend Reloaded, and I've downloaded the Splat Pack from Fileplanet. How do I add the Splat Pack?

The same way you would if you were installing it in MS-DOS I suppose. Load up DOSBox without DFend Reloaded and do so.
