You mean, "steamed" DOS games installs in open form, not in whole Steam cache file for each and can be copied easily? Thanks, fixed in first post.

Wow, really? I thought Gamos and Softdisk were completely and thoroughly dead. I certainly don't place much faith in http://www.downloadstore.com , which I thought was the exclusive reseller of Softdisk's old properties.

Is this reseller reliable? Do they accept payment from customers outside of the US? Do they really have the rights to what they're selling?

I couldn't pay on downloadstore.com with prepayed VISA Virtual, received card verify error, then i found virtualsoftware.com and successfully bought "Dangerous Dave in the Haunted Mansion". Yeah, i live outside US, in Russia. On idsoftware.com and 3drealms.com i don't have any problems with payment too.

I emailed DISCo about that. Not answered yet. Please, email Softdisk, it is hard to explain my question with my skill of english. DISCo (ex. Gamos) is russian company. There is no problem for me to ask them.

Like I said, last I heard there was nothing left of Softdisk but a server or two running inside a cage somewhere.
