Is there an option for changing colors in the options menu?

Do you also get a red DOSBox intro screen as well when first starting DOSBox? (in full screen?)

Yes it is. But I would like to understand the essence of the problem. This happens not only in Borland C + +, but in turbo pascal too. All colors in full screen changing to negative.

Try different output= options.
If that doesn't work then you'll need to set the variable, sdl_videodriver=windib.
The next version of DOSBox will have this fixed.
