Hi sorry if this information is elsewhere (I'm sure it is somewhere but I can't find it) I've been working with DOSBox on the Wii, and after finally getting Kings Quest VI CD version to work I decided to try another game like Oregon Trail, but I was wondering if there is a way to store a set of commands so that just executing one wil execute a saved list of commands. I know auto-exec can mount everything but with multiple games and due to the architecture of the games folders (folders within folders) it would be a lot easier if I could just set the auto exec to mount the drives then navigate to some sort of folder that contains macros to execute for separate games. On pc this wouldn't be much of an issue but with the Wii I'd like it to be more pickup and play instead of entering a bunch of commands when you want to change games. Thanks in advanced.

That would be cool not sure where to begin on how to do that though. Anyone know where a guide for doing something like that would be? Another thought I had was I think you can make an autoexec.bat file but I think it has to be called that and I would like to rename it so that someone could simply type the name of the game they want to play and it just starts up.

or find a dos menu, I used one back in the days, even registered it and am using it still. Sadly they no longer sell it or have it availlable. It is called Gekko Menu by Gekko Software GmbH (Germany based). The shareware can be found at http://www.brado-bbs.de/ra197c.htm (gekko_20.exe), don't know anymore how the shareware version is limited. But it is a nice and clean way of doing it when you invest a little time and have the buttons execute little batch files that do all the mountings for you from inside Dosbox.

Edit: seems the download link is down 🙁
I might try to see whether it works without my license data and I might write tutorial and offer the download along with it.
