I've just find this forum and at this time DosBOX save my life for a 20 years old DOS application...My question is: Is there a way to open 2-3-4 DosBOX session at the same time for running 2-3-4 old DOS Application ???

I had the same problem. Probably you are using the portable apps version witht the porable apps launcher.
find the dosbox.exe and copy "dosbox.conf" to the same place. then 2 - 3 - 4 times clicking will work.
I am annoyed by dosbox status windows because with 2-3-4 dosboxes you have 4-6-8 windows open and alt+tab is confusing. Is there some way to start dosbox without status windows?

On the DosBox website, I download the source file but when I rebuilt, I always received an error for missing SDL.H file

I'll try to explain my problem...
I Want to run 3 or more different OLD DOS Application at same time on the same laptop, with different configuration (Mount, Autoexec.bat, Fullscreen, COM1. etc.)
But when I edit my CONF file, it change for all other application. Is there a way to have 3 or more dosbox session with 3 or more CONF file on the same computer???
If yes, I don't how doing this....

Pass the different config files as parameters when starting the DOSBox instance.
It's in the manual.
