[resolved] DOSbox doesn't restore fullscreen mode

When fullscreened dosbox looses focus (swithing to another window using Alt + Tab hotkey in Windows, for example), it quits fullscreen mode, and doesn't restore it

Steps to reproduce:

1. Run dosbox in fusscreen mode
2. Switch to other window
3. Swith back to dosbox. It will be in windowed mode 🙁

OS: Windows 7 32 bit, DOSbox ver. 0.74

There's your problem. You're making the screen extra fussy.

Sometimes it's necessary to switch to another window. When getting a message in IM, for example 🙄

Sometimes it's necessary to switch to another window.

And when you switch back you surely can afford to manually switch back
to fullscreen, much better than having instability.
