I'd like to know how to use this command... can't find any descriptions at hal's web site and the documents attached with the program. A small description would be adequate.

ha ha very simple answer, i wonder any ROMs (Bin files) sizing 32K would work? (or just work in debug mode) What will happen next after I hit enter?

This feature is present in any debug build, and therefore undocumented. If you don't know what to do with it, don't use it.
