Why is it so hard to write them proper game problem reports?

Why did you change the name of the .exe file?
What do you mean by "it didn't work" ? If it's running way too quick on the menu, does that mean that you can get it to work after all?
What "mount" commands are you using?
Are you using an original CD, or did you download this from somewhere?
