I in fact have two systems that I emulate Dos on (via dosbox) ... Ironically one has pure DOS.
Here they are:

.16x SATA-2 DVD-RW/CD-RW Secondary Master
.TEAC card reader
.Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium SP2 (slows it down to a crawl but I can't switch per my 'warranty')
.Genuine Intel G31 onboard Vga I think 128MB VRAM(ARGH! I HATE onboard!)
.Realtek Onboard Hd audio
.DOSBox 0.74
2.Dell Dimension 4100 (new i think in late 2000 to early 2001)
.Genuine Intel Pentium 3 @866MHz (Dell Bios version A11)
.512MB PC133 SDR SDRAM
.Western Digital WD-1600 Caviar 160 GB IDE HDD Primary Master (only 127GB accessable due to unaccessable utility partition)
.LG 8080B 32x read, 8x write, 4x rewrite IDE Secondary Master
.Sony DRU-120A 2.4x DVD-RW /CD-RW IDE Secondary Slave
