Hi,

I just installed carmageddon, and get the game to work.
But the game goes very slow.
I dont even use hires mode.
Is there a way or option to fix this ?

It`s a Pentium 4 @ 2,6Ghz
1.8GB Ram DDR Pc3200 @ 400Mhz
Radeon 9600XT 128MB (agp 8x)
Windows xp SP 2

If you're using DOSBOX, it's most likely your CPU that's too slow. Carmageddon was a pretty demanding DOS game and emulating it with speed requires a good bit of CPU power.

It might run in NTVDM without sound and be much faster. That's the plain Windows XP command prompt. (run CMD)
