Hi, (sorry for my english) please , I am trying to find one old 3d dos game (I dont remember if it was supposed to be running in dos or win)

I just remember there was nice graphics, like in duke nukem 3D(maybe better), It was first-person-shooter and I always "spawned" in underground metro. In metro station there was cops and civilians and I could to shoot them.I could to get outside or get to train and get to other parts of town. Thats all I remember. Please help me, because I am trying to find this game for a long time.
