I want to buy an graphics card in america.. They use NTSC.. We people in europe use the PAL standard..

If i buy an card in the USA, is it possible to flash it with an europe bios version of this card. And would the card be PAL after flashed the bios?

~ At least it can do black and white~

Video cards are the same no matter where in the world they come from. There's no such thing as an NTSC or PAL version of a video card... they don't even use those standards except when there's a TV output, and even then it's controlled by the drivers, not the hardware or BIOS.

I think most, if not all cards have both PAL and NTSC video output which is selectable either in software or via a jumper on older cards.
