Almost the same what asrock did with they Socket 939 / AM2 board..
Is this an ECS one? Because of that beautiful purple color...

i would just consider that two motherboards soldered together, except sharing the pci/pcie slots and a few other connectors.
looks like a Siamese twin motherboard.
It's a cool board, except for the fact that it's made by ECS. 🤣
