Looks like the chip on the lower left cracked in half.
Looks like it was used in some military environment as most chips are ceramics with metal cap. Though this is not so special about electronics from this time. I really doubt the board is still in working condition. Maybe the 386-20 is a somewhat rarer 386 CPU, but then again it's soldered and can't be easily socketed to a working 386 board.
Maybe some Tank or Rocket Retro Enthusiast could use this as board with spare parts... 😉
