answers an old issue encountered here - this patch simply adds support for PCjr cartridge images dumped with Mike Brutman's PCJRCart (in addition to the already-supported JRipCart header format).

Seemingly doesn't break anything, and works fine on my end, but I'm not too well-versed in the original code, so any comments and/or test reports would be appreciated.
