Having Trouble Running Heroes of Might and Magic 1

Need some help with the Homm1 and dosbox
I start the game with DOSBox it says:
Installation Complete!
Type "HEROES" to run the game
I do it and BAM!
Then it says: "Unable to access CD Drive."

I have not mounted anything into a CD drive, how and what to mount is my question? All I have is the game in a .rar file.

I'm not paying $10 for a game that's 15 years old, I have bought it long time ago I'm not buying it again. The problem is I don't know where the one I bought is...

Well I found a DOS Version of the Game online and downloaded it as a .rar file, that's how I got it.
