Unfortunatelly this one (1st on ebay.com for last 5-6 years, i think) is highly used despite of seller's "slightly used" note.
A bit pricey for its condition, imo, but you can try luck with make best offer.

I have doubts about that. I think it would be more likely to find a game that supports a hammond organ...

The AVM Summit is General MIDI compatible. With that out of the way, the real question ought to be, "Will this make my games sound any better at such a ridiculous price?"

Nope.

This is my opinion, of course, but since the AVM Summit, like the original Wave Blaster, was intended more for musicians than gamers, its General MIDI soundset comes across as pretty unbalanced - most sounds are great, while a fair number are complete duds.
