Using win32 dosbox (vanilla) svn dated 03-2012. Default settings.

I use the dosbox 'pause' hotkey with mouse 'actively locked' to window. I then alt+tab out but the mouse cursor moves inside a small desktop 'restricted area'. Like a 640x480 boundary.

Also using 'pause' inside dosbox fullscreen and then alt+tab twice, the screen doesn't refresh itself during an 'unpause' event. I have to fullscreen -> window -> fullscreen to get the display drawing again.

I've made a few minor changes (see diff) to fix these problems for my own build. Works for me but unsure if they're wise choices.
