Okay so heres the problem. I type in all the codes then loadfix then I try to start the game and it says that it doesnt exist. I put in C: and everything but it just wont work no matter what I try!

I put the file in the C: place on my computer and called it simearth

If your commands are sequential...you're doing it wrong...
cd simearth should go before loadfix simearth; are you sure simearth is an .exe or .com or .bat file?
Check what's the proper command to start the game; if it's a .bat file...check that whatever it references is actually there.
its says it a .dat file... I've never even heard of a .dat file! cd simearth doesnt work if I dont do loadfix simearth.
Then there is something wrong. please try to follow the 60 seconds guide, especially the part with the dosgames folder.
