Doesn't seem to work when selected in the setup program, even if the gb option in the latest SVNs. It certainly tries writing to CMS registers, but it will revert to PC Speaker sound.

The CMS sound in the Horror Pack version seems to be working in 0.74 and SVN. Just set sbtype=gb in the conf, run SETUP.EXE to chose "CMS Gameblaster" for sound, start the game by running the ELVIRA.BAT batch file. The music at the beginning of the game could be mistaken for speaker because the arrangment is rather sparse, but setting pcspeaker=false should confirm that it's not the speaker.

Game Blaster music really does work, it just sounds really bad and not that different from the PC Speaker, but there are differences.
