I have a Windows 7 x64 computer. In DOSBox, I type mount c: at the prompt, but all it does is show me the help item for the mount command and never actually mounts the drive. I also tried to mount it by typing mount c:\dosgames, which is the folder where the game I want to play resides. I tried running the shortcut with admin privileges with the same result.

Is there something extra I need to do?

Thank you!

have you ever used DOS before ?
Maybe read up on how DOS works. Or if you don't want to, use a frontend. (like DBGL or DFend-Reloaded)

I used DOS way back in the day. It's been a very long time. I think I got the game working.

The game actually is Test Drive III. 😀

Will 0.74 give me any better performance, like maybe the ability to actually pick what course I want to drive?

First, better compatibility to your host operating system.

Me, I also run Test Drive III within.
