I recently remembered of game I used to play long time ago - cobra gunship.
Downloaded the game, downloaded dosbox.
I can make all the settings in the menu, buy weapons, save or load the game, but once I go onto mission game instantly crashes.

I get an error message in DosBox:

X-DEV v1.03 Assertion Failure!

Failed: (timeActual > 0.0) && (timeActual < 300.0)
File: ..\source\cframer.cpp
Line #: 150

Anyone could help me on this? Many thanks in advance

Just a longshot but look for yhkwongs svn built of dosbox. It has sone timer function that *might* be the problem judging from the error message.

Could also be that it needs fixed cycles (dosbox config cycles=10000)
