Trying to run Crazy Shot in 0.74. Game starts up, music plays, but after hitting a key to start the game it loads what should be the game select screen and freezes. debug shows the message:
BIOS:Disk 127 non-existant

Things I have tried
running loadfix
mounting a disk to the A:
mounting the game folder to the A:, and running it from there

I also tried searching that specific error message in google and came up empty handed.

Any assistance is appreciated. Thanks.

It's apparently a copy protection based on low-level reads on the hdd, so you'd get further with mounting an hdd image on the C drive, but it still might not work because specific sector contents are expected. The attached workaround program satisfies the disk check here, but if your game was "keyed" differently then you'd need to change the key value or instead use a direct crack.

That worked perfectly. Thank you ripsaw8080.
