I have a problem with czech game 7 dni a 7 noci nothing a music and sound is not rip and I sound and music turning on please help 🙁

The game's sound appears to be broken in DOSBox 0.74; but it works with current source, so try an SVN build. I think the issue is with the PIT, and unless you're using the PC Speaker option you'll probably want to set pcspeaker=false in the DOSBox settings because otherwise you'll get a constant speaker tone with the Covox or SoundBlaster options. BTW, the game uses the mouse but does not perform an initial reset, so you may need to manually lock the mouse with Ctrl-F10.
