I have MPEG question so to make MPEG card match with retro rigs according to year build.

First, when PC DVD arrived?

Second, which is Sigma Design RealMagic MPEG1 (VCD) and Sigma Design RealMagic MPEG2 (DVD)?

And third, give me some review about MPEG decoder card. Any format like e-book and internet welcome
