Just bought one of these off ebay.

Will a modern 300~400 watt 80+ PSU be fine with this board?

Probably end up with a Celeron 500, Intel i740 (or G200), and SLI voodoos.

In my experience yes. Both 440BX and LX seem to work ok with many ATX 2.2+ PSU's.

Even a 235w or 250w psu would be ok to use on this board.
But modern psu's have more than adequate power.

Good, I was just worried about the 5v (and 3.3v?) rails getting pulled on to hard. Was lookin at a cheap 80+ unit in the 300~350w range.
