Hello,

New to dosbox but have an old DOS program multirelational database (not a game) running in dos which requires all the files including the executable files etc to lie with in an F:ADBM directory.

I have the copied the entire ADBM directory into a USB drive with windows 7 before Windows 8 and by simply changing the USB drive letter to used to change the drive letter of the USD from D to F and my program worked fine entirely out of the USB drive under F.

Is it posible to do this with Dosbox? The excutable is with in the adbm directoy in the USB drive and all files and directories for the program also.
Unfortunately the program expects the path f:\adbm for running corectly.

Any info would be appreciated

Thx
Zorka

You shouldn't run non-gaming applications with DOSBox. Also, please read the 60 Seconds Guide if you haven't already.

Anyway, yes, this is inherently possible in DOSBox. Just type "mount f x:\", where "x" is whatever drive letter Windows has assigned to your USB drive.
