Can't run DOSBox in fullscreen mode

There are just some (distorted) lines with "Box Shell v0.60" and the Windows XP OS loading bar below. I tried the "vgafix.exe", but it didn't work.

Any idea?

did you remove all icons in the systembar which aren't needed.
especially things of videocards are bad

Just noticed that it works if I use a lower refresh rate (60 Hz)
