This evening I am installing Syndicate on a 386SX16. That machine has DriveSpace enabled for a 40MB Seagate IDE.

I am installing it from my Pentium Overdrive system over LapLink.

Man: this is slow as ****. 😒

I find with old HDDs that playing over LapLink with my Pentium Overdrive's HDD as the server and other systems (8086 and up) is actually faster in many cases.

The game actually runs pretty good on the 386SX16 all things considered.
