I am trying to run the old DOS Game Airlift Rescue with DOSBOX. I use D-Fend Reloaded for installation.
The problem is that the game has music, but no sound, like the helicopter sound. The ingame options say that the Sound Fx are on.
How can i solve this problem?
I also play this game often, but are there any sound effects?

The SB sound effects are working here with default settings in DOSBox 0.74. Make sure you're using default settings, and try running without the frontend when troubleshooting.
Thank you, it is working without the frontend! I dont understand why D-Fend Reloaded has problems with this game.
