I think of some 440BX motherboard with 3x ISA slots that would adopt my Slot1 P3-933. Any proven solutions?

It's not a 440BX board, but my p3-933 slot 1 lives in an ASUS P3V133. It uses a VIA chipset though, but I've never had any issues with it whatsoever.

For a pentium III you will need a board with VRM 8.4 specification, to supply core voltages from 1,3 V up to 1,75 V. Usually any board with PC-99 colors, like a pink parallel port, comes equipped with such a VRM chip. Gigabyte and QDI retained three ISA slots on some late revision 440BX boards, most other brands reduced to two.
