I've come across 3 different behaviour when using ykhwong build, dosbox 0.74, megabuild and custom video
bios.
I've found that when windows 3.1 starts up, the splash screen will start to display topdown with megabuild,
bottomup with dosbox 0.74 and ykhwong build. But with avance logic bios, it blasts off the whole screen at once
Which portion of the code would affect this sort of video starting address?
