How do prevent it from doing this because the graphics look blocky and the text in games sometimes don't display properly. I tried setting the scaler to none in dosbox.conf file but nothing happens to problem is still there.

Canadacow please help.

I'm afraid that I can't help you, but you'll get a quicker response from someone in the know if you post this in the main Dosbox forums; this is really only for support on the MT-32 emulation.

I'm sorry if I had posted on the wrong forum. But I believe some answers can be found here because I know canadacow is the one who compiles the dosbox with mt32 emulation built-in. This problem is non-existent on the dosbox w/o mt32 emulation embedded. The graphics are okay on the other dosbox.

Yeah, I really need to post the source. I plan to do so the moment I get a chance. Again, I apologise! (This is what happens when you release software just to avoid it from being considered vaporware.) 😁

Incidentally I don't have this problem and I'm using the same config file for both CVS and MT-32 versions.

That is why you don't have such a problem 😉

setting:
aspect=false
solves it
