I used to use a Model 1 Genesis Power Brick to power my Roland MT-32 but I can't find it anymore.
Are the Model 2 Power Bricks any different from the Model 1 Genesis Power Bricks and should they be safe on my MT-32?

The only problem with a Model 2 Power Brick is that the connector is smaller and somewhat differently shaped than the Model 1. I am doubtful whether it will fit the MT-32's power jack.

I also have a 9Volt 800ma adaptor also which some people said should be OK if the Plus and Minus areas are the same.
Just buy one on Ebay:

The one linked I use on all my Roland devices (if you need another plug, then that is available)
The Roland CM-64 is probably the most power hungry of all the Roland MT-32 compatibles, it requires 1.2A (aka 1200mA).
