I was hoping some of the DOS aficionados here might be able to help me dig up some more info on Aux2, eyecandy software from December 6, 1996.
It's outputs beautiful animated images like these...

...but the archives of it I've found fail to provide any documentation, nor does the program output any. I was able to extract a sponge.mod file from the exe, but: the sample titles are fairly generic; no other meta-data is provided; and I couldn't find a copy on mod archive. The only other clue I have is the programs start-up screen, showing a couple impish creatures...

Downloads and a bit more detail are available on my site: http://eyecandyarchive.com/Aux2/.
There is apparently also an Aux2 used to "make the AUX driver talk to the COM2 port so that Windows can have it's debugging terminal on COM2", which complicates searches a bit.
If anyone knows any further details on the program I'd love to hear about it.
