I just noticed I am missing an SMD capacitor C619 (next to AMD768). I tried to replace it with another, but my soldering iron is too dull and crappy for the job.
I am yet to run the motherboard, and i think it will work with out it, but does any one know what is this capacitors purpose and can i simply short it?

[edit]

The board works with out it, detects 2600+ as 1600+ (i doubt it has anything to do with the cap).
Will test more.

Probably bad socket or voltage regulator.
